Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Made by Guests:

More than 7 Days in Advance: Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking without penalty if notice is provided at least 7 days before the scheduled trip.

Within 7 Days of the Trip: Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

Within 24 Hours of the Trip: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip, or failure to show up, will result in a charge of 100% of the booking amount.

Cancellations Made by Reel Excitement Fishing Charters, LLC:

Trips may be canceled or rescheduled by our team due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location at the agreed-upon time will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking, as we are unable to fill the spot on short notice.
Weather Policy

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, the trip will be canceled or postponed. Customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the above policies. All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 7 days in advance by phone at 941-268-7156 or email at danielwegert1996@gmail.com. Please provide your name, booking date, and any other relevant details.
